I offer a flexible emergency consultation service between 9.00 am and 9.00 pm, where we can speak for up to an hour by phone or via an online meeting. Simply get in touch via my contact form and I’ll do my best to arrange an appointment for a personal consultation as soon as possible.

The costs are covered by your health insurance under the budget for regular midwifery care and counselling.

A digital or telephone consultation cannot always fully replace face-to-face contact. A direct, personal assessment may be necessary, particularly in the case of physical symptoms or uncertainties. In such cases, we can work together and refer you to local doctors or medical staff. Sometimes, a (digital) baby scales, a blood pressure monitor or a clinical thermometer for use at home can also help.

We can speak via a live video call or by telephone. Unfortunately, contact via messaging services such as WhatsApp, Signal, Telegram, Threema, etc. is not possible for data protection reasons. For online emergency consultations, you’ll need a working internet connection and an internet-enabled device with a camera and microphone. If we speak by telephone, a good mobile signal is sufficient.
