Sex Education is Empowerment

Sexual education is about much more than contraception or reproduction. It begins with awareness of one’s own body, the language we use to describe it, and extends to questions of identity, relationships, desire, boundaries, and self-determination.

As a sex educator, I create spaces where people are invited to learn — and where they can talk about bodies, relationships, and sexuality in an honest, age-appropriate, and respectful way. My approach: inform rather than confuse, strengthen rather than shame, and protect through knowledge.

I work with people of all ages, always with the aim of providing neutral information, fostering awareness, and opening up space for questions that often remain unasked. In doing so, I support people in engaging with themselves and others in a self-determined, informed, and responsible way.

The content I teach follows the curriculum guidelines of the State of Berlin as well as the standards for sexuality education issued by the German Federal Centre for Health Education (BZgA) and the WHO.
